Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

Is there a law for a person who is being harassed at his job , which is a factory with no union ? They have what they call an AR Rep., who does nothing but up holds the team leader. This is how it went the man tells the AR Rep ( I just want to get along.I can let bygones be bygones.I just want to be left alone.) A R Rep. Well he can't.

Sexual harassment is illegal and can be reported to your supervisor. You can talk to a lawyer if you feel you are being singled out due to your gender.

If there is assault, or other physical contact, or crimes are being committed, you can report that to the police.

If this is verbal abuse or annoyance, even if distressing, you have the right to leave your job. Absence of a union keeps you from any additional protection. (Perhaps you might like to contact a union and lead organizational efforts there?)

Good luck
