Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

I live in Indiana. I have made monthly payments for over 2 years on a medical bill. They now want to double my payment to an amount I cannot afford. I am now being sued. I have continued to make payments. What are my options?

Your creditor is under no obligation to accept a payment plan. So, you can either try to negotiate something with them or else you need to consult with a debtors' rights/bankruptcy attorney for further options.
