Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana
I have a neighbor who has an exterior light that lights up my back yard and patio area. I have put up styrophone over my bed room windows as the lights up my house inside that is blinding. I have talked to the city zoning dept and they said they could not do anything as the light was up before the ordance . what recourse do I have that my wife and I can enjoy our back yard without being blinded by this light?
