Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana
My sewer connection was disconnected due to late payment. I paid huge fee plus deposit plus bill to get reconnected. ($525). In mean time they contacted the local health dept and they sued me. Now I have to prove to the health dept that I am not using my old septic tank etc which was destroyed years ago. How do I do this
