Legal Question
My roommate and I looked at this house yesterday afternoon and when we first walked in we smelled pet pee. It got worse when we went down into the basement. The basement also leak and smell like mold/mildew due to a basement leak being left unattended. I was just wondering if the pet pee smell and mold issue violated any health living codes.
