Legal Question in Insurance Law in Indiana

My husband's health insurance plan changed this year to a high deductible plan. His employer puts $2000 yearly into an HSA account, from which medical expenses for our entire family (husband, myself, 2 kids, 2 step kids) are paid. I consider this to be part of his salary/benefit package. We have supplied his ex spouse with the benefit summary sheet, but she is requesting information about how the HSA is funded (by employee, or employer). My husband is required to carry insurance and pay the first $750 of uninsured health care costs for his children, which we do. Are we obligated by law to disclose this information, or is this a breach of our privacy?

Hello: you might want to post this in the family law forum also. SInce this is employer funded she may be entitled to this information if she is seeking a modification of support as it may be considered regular income.
