When an employee handbook reads "Relationships between Members and staff are unprofessional and may be cause for dismissal." Does this mean ONE member and staff person or is this member with member?"

This language assumes that the pair of participants includes one member and one staff. Remember though, in Indiana you canbe fired even if you don't violate a handbook unless you have a written contract that prevents it.
