Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Indiana
i have to go to small claims court on july 7th 2011. my landlord is sueing me for not paying him rent. how can he sue me when i never signed a lease to that address? i also didnt file head of household on my taxes for this year. so would my landlord have a case or not?
