Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Indiana

i ordered a set of sofas on 2/19 and put $400 down and on 4/29 it still was not in when i was told it would be 5 to 6 weeks so the maniger ofered to but my old stuph because the person that was going to buy it backed out because it was taking to long for them also and took off delivery of $75 and an extera $50 that i got him for us to be happy to still buy. and now he dose not work there and he did not write any of it down so i am getting the run around. and now i woild be happy with my money back but thay have a no money back policy. It has been 3 months and i want to know if i have a leg to stand on?
