Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Indiana

To whom it may concern;

I have been treated by a pain doctor who is on trail for miss use of funds on medicare and medicaid. Then he is on trail for giving out too much addictive medicine that has caused deaths and has given to known druggies. Before I went to the VA for treatment I could not comprehend anything and did not know what world I was in. He had me on a Morphine pump with a very high concentration of morphine and set at 50 Mg. The VA pain center doctors were in awe of all of the Morphine I was getting and said that I was close to a coma and that the Morphine pump should had been used as a last resort instead of in the beginning. The VA has me down from the 50 Mg. a day to 13 Mg. a day. I have had withdrawal symptoms for the last time we cut the Morphine down. The last time I seen Doctor Tiwari was in August of 2008. Now that I am in my right mind can I sew Doctor Tiwari for malpractice? Then if I can where do I find a good malpractice Lawyer? He has sent me a bill that is not consistent as all I had done was the pump refilled and there is procedures on the bill I never had.

Thank you,

Clyde Baugh

It may be possible to file a suit. However, you need to move on this immediately. You should contact a malpractice attorney in a major city or town near your location.
