Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

Im trying to buy some property from my grandma and i need to get my name on the deed with my grandmas name and then get a loan and pay my grandma the money i owe her on the property then she will take her name off and i will be the sole owner. How do i go about doing it?

A deed anytime will remove your grandmother from the ownership, but it would not remove her from responsibility for the loan. Deeding it out of her name will also probably be a violation of the mortgage agreement if the lender does not authorize it ahead of time.
