Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

Mother purchased my home and financed it 2007. Put on as second owner from first day. Was told by her that I wouid be surviving owner. Oldest sister executer of mothers estate. Mother deceased November 2014. Sister now claims since my wife deceased in 2014 that she is 25% owner of my home and is having paperwork drawn up. I spent 8 years of labor and material repairing this home. I am trying to evict her daughter from my home whom I have no lease with. Case is to be heard on june 30th. She claims I cannot evict if she is 25% owner. She has outstanding bills in my name, damages to property and items missing from property. Is her 25% legal,on what grounds, I did not agree to lease to her daughter.

Do not IN ANY WAY attempt to represent yourself in this, which is what it appears you are doing. Any house will have so much value to you that is will be worth it to spend money to protect it. It always makes sense to spend $1000 to get $100,000 for example. Take a copy of the deed your mother signed and recorded placing you as a co-owner to a lawyer, who can tell you whether you are in fact now the sole property owner.
