Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

I have a trailer in a camp ground I have lived there in the summers weekends for 10 yers. The park was taken over by a new unanounced owner. She wants me to now move my trailer off the property by next yr april. I havent received notice of new ownership and I want to know if i don't move the trailer do have to pay for the removal sence it was there when I bought it?
