Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Indiana

My boss sexually harassed me by making me go to a hotel with him to get a raise. I did go, and I did get the raise, but then his wife started getting jealous of me and he stopped answering all my calls, even though I was the office manager and his personal assistant. Made work awful!! I believe to try to get me to quit, then they cut my pay, I made a complaint at the icrc, but was fired before they got notice of it in mail. Would I be able to sue for sexual harassment and for firing me illegally or would that be part of the sexual harassment claim

You would likely be able to include it as part of the sexual harassment claim. You may also still have a retaliation claim. You should consult directly with an attorney to get more specific advice for your situation. You can contact me at 317-575-4013 or [email protected], if you have additional questions.

though you go for increase with your consent so it will be difficult to prove such allegations.

Better to consult any local lawyer, who will guide you thoroughly to get result in your case.
