My brother and sister went behind my back and coerced my elderly father to change his will. How can I force them to return to the original will?

You can't. Your father can change his will (if still alive), and you can contact adult protective services to investigate the coercion. If your father has passed, you need to talk to an attorney in your community about objecting to probate of the will.
