Deceased husband's employer made last paycheck (694.00) to the estate of. What can i do in state of Indiana to cash it without costing me more then the check?

You need to ask the employer to reissue the check to a surviving family member and provide a small estate affidavit to the employer (if decedent's estate was less than $50,000), but you'll need an attorney to prepare the small estate affidavit.
