Fraudulent First Ammendment to a Revocable Living Trust

Mother recently died. Her revocable living trust amendment left all her real property as well as her personal belongings to the executor of the estate. Through a Forensic Document Examiner the amendment is determined to be fraudulent. What recourses do the two siblings of the executor have to righjt the apparent wrong performed with the fraudulent trust amendment?

I recommend you open a probate estate in the county where your mother died and file a petition to set aside the amended trust and to compel an accounting from the untrustworthy trustee of all your mother's assets. Don't sit on your hands, as there are strict special limitation of actions on probate matters. Good luck.
