Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

My friends mother recently died, her siblings wont let her see a copy of the will. 1 month before she died her siblings got her mother to sell the house to a neighbor for only $65,000 when it had been valued at over $500,000. The siblings claim the grandkids only get a share of the $65,000. How does she get a legal copy of the will and also a valid valuation or press charges for defrauding the estate.

The only people who are entitled to a copy of the will are the executor and named heirs. If your friend wasn't an heir, she doesn't get to see the will. But eventually, the will has to be admitted to probate court, at which time all heirs will be notified. A transfer immediately before death can sometimes be set aside or challenged, but you will need the assistance of an attorney to try to accomplish that and it won't be a inexpensive process.
