Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

My husband and i got married a little over a year ago in 2015. In 2010 he made a living will and gave power of attorney to two of his daughters. About a month ago he had a bad fall and has a traumatic brain injury. What rights as his new wife do i have? Is the power of attorney from 2010 still in effect since we were married in 2015?
