Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

If someone is on a joint savings account and the primary person is deceased, is money in the account the joint members? If there was a will, can that supercede the joint account? The estate has never done anything with that account, so i am wandering if they can't due to state law.

If the second person is named with the decedent on the title of the account as a joint tenant with right of survivorship, the proceeds of the account should pas to the surviving second person. The second person should be able to simply go to the bank and claim the proceeds.
