Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

We live in Indiana and my mother in-lay passed away last March. She had no will and there are several siblings involved. There are two trustees and this is a court supervised estate. In the past few months the estate has gone from bad to worse. There was a vehicle repossessed due to failure to pay, the house has not had insurance due to lack of payment and a sibling has lived in the house without paying rent this entire time. No effort has been made to sell the house and everyone is frustrated. A large part of the problem seems to be one of the two trustees. What should my husband do at this point? He wants to get this done and over with so that he can greave.

You need to retain your own attorney to look into this. The problem may be lack of funds in the estate.
