Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

second marriage, married over 20 years, husband died. he has property which is only in his name. probably worth less than $10,000 (not sure). he has 5 grown children from previous marriage. No will. How do i get the title of the property in my name so I can sell. Do I need to hire an attorney to do this?
