Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana
Since my name was on my mothers bank accounts for over 5 years, when she died is that remaining money in our accounts mine even though I was removed from the will and there will not be probate (not enough assets)?

If you were a joint owner of the account, the money is yours.
