Legal Question in Workers Comp in Indiana

injured at one job but moved to another

I injured myself at work. the injury is caused from a previous job. Can I still claim? It's been almost 5 months since this took place.

If the first accident was reported to your employer or his WC carrier was notified of the accident you should be able to file. Speak with a wc lawyer in your state since I practice in South Florida. Good luck.
