Legal Question in Workers Comp in Indiana

st. of in. I fell and factured my hip inmay of 2012. the doctor repaired the hip with 3 screws.after not healing after 4 mos. doctor decided to install total hip replacement. just had total hip replacement feb 12 of 2012. what would be a fair amount for my disability to settle. thanks tom t

In Indiana, your recovery is totally dependent on the physician's PPI rating. The PPI rating is based EXCLUSIVELY on your residual deficits. The number of surgeries and extent of original injury are NOT considered. If the claim is NOT disputed, you do NOT need an attorney.
