Legal Question in Workers Comp in Indiana
I am working in a company and joined after interview,I do not know at the time of appointment that it is a money marketing company,after one year police sealed the office and arrested 15 employees and lodge a case against us =120B/420 section 4,5,6 money barring act,can We get clean sheet and claim compensation against company?What We will do?Note-companies other branches are running.
