Legal Question in Business Law in Iowa
I would like to form an LLC and have independent contractors sell magazibe subscrptions for me. What types of permits do I need to sell the subscrptions?

I would think you need permission from the publishers to sell subscriptions. Further, many towns and cities have ordinances that prohibit door to door sales or pedlars from doing business or may require a permit.
