Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa
I am a filipina who have an american fiance. We got engaged here in philipippines.He filed a fiancee visa for me, but then, was a question to me why he just stopped communicating to me, never know what went wrong. Coz we never had any argument. Till one of my friend here, told me that this fiance of mine courting her too And i have all the evidences. And to my dismay, i made new accnt to chat with him,without him knowing its me. And from there, i know he has this real kind of game. Making a a girl fall inlove with him, offer marriage, and then run away. Wonder how many are we were victimized. Worried about other women that he will meet on chat and be on the same situation as i had with him. What possible legal action i can do for this. Please advice me.

I don't know that there is any legal action you can take since we wrote seduction out of the code forty years ago. Chalk it up to experience is about all you can do.
