Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa

What is the best way to get an ex out of your house quickly. My friend's ex won't leave her house. Here's where it gets complicated, police were called and she was arrested for domestic abuse. She was drinking in her house and whatever started between them. He brused her ribs and finger and he ended up with scratches which were visible from her defending herself. Since she was drinking the police arrested her. Now there is a no contact order against her and he is still in her house, that is in her name only as well as all the bills. He was going to move out before this. All his stuff is in boxes and his mail was even forwarded to his parents house a couple weeks ago. She has pets she's concerned about and just wants back in her house. How can she get this creep out. He's purposely staying there just to mess with her. This is in Iowa.

I would say that this is your friend's problem and not yours and I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole. If he is in violation of the no contact order she should have the police come and remove him unless it is she that invited him back in the house in which case they may both end up in jail.
