Legal Question in Technology Law in Iowa

I purchased a pc game it was defective, I have already exchanged it once the replacement being defecftive in the exact same way. The store refuses to refund my money on this product now that they are out of stock and can not order any more. I have all my reciepts and believe that since the store can not give me a working game I am entitle to a refund but am I legally right? (fyi I live in IA)

You are if your story is accurate. Get an attorney to send them a nasty gram-that may do some good.
