Legal Question in Technology Law in Iowa

I sold a xbox 360 to a guy and three days later he messages me and says it doesn't work. I asked him what it was doing and got him advice from a gamer guy I know. He didn't want to try the fix but said he wanted a refund. I am currently unemployed so don't have the 220 to give back. I was going to be nice even though it worked when I sold it to him. I played it the night before and the day I had it delivered to him. When I told him I would try coming up with the money he said "I wouldn't take very long getting me the money if I were you". He is now threatening me with small claims court. I know the xbox worked when it left my house. What should I do? Do I got to court or do I pay?

Take your choice. Ultimately you'll have to pay one way or the other.
