Legal Question in Consumer Law in Iowa
I recently purchased a flat in Indirapuram and have done the registry in my name. Now a person came & said builder had an agreement to sale with him before me. I asked him to go to the builder as the flat is registered in my name now.As per the builder, he did an agreement to sale with that person but he did not respond properly within the stipulated time. Kindly suggest if I have something to fear now as the other person threatned to bring a stay on the flat, however builder assuring me that I have nothing to fear as flat is registered in my name(moreover is has been financed by LIC housing for a loan of Rs.20Lac.
