can I sell my car if I have judgments against me and keep the money or will the creditor get the money?

If you're a judgment debtor the judgment creditor has to institute a separate legal action to garnish your bank account, wages, or personal property. I cannot give you advice intended to hinder delay or defraud your creditors.
