Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
I was arrested for driving while barred and public intox. However, I was arrested at a bar and was NOT operating a vehicle. I was only charged with DWB because I was heavily intoxicated and told them I was driving. Can this evidence be thrown out in court because I was intoxicated?
