Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Iowa

I know I was discriminated against recently and let go of my job due to my age being 59 and my being there longer than anyone else with more benefits, etc, and I wondered if I have any recourse and should try to fight getting some monetary reward for my anquish that I have been going through. They let me go after working all day and I was scheduled for the next few weeks so it was very sudden and the reason that they actually gave me was really stupid but they made it "stick" and let me go, but it was definitely age discrimination. I don't have a lot of money to pay a lawyer so wondered what I can do to fight this? I feel they wronged me. The company was PILOT!

You need to hire an attorney. It's as simple as that.
