College Education

I am not an attorney in your state. I suggest that you consult local legal counsel. If you have a written agreement that college education will be provided, that may be enforced. Unfortunately in some states there is no requirement imposed to force a parent to provide for college education. I am not aware of the law of your state. You might have to go back to court even if your state allows support to continue.

This transmission does not create an attorney-client relationship. We will not represent anyone without a written agreement signed by all parties. Students collect

In most jurisdictions children studying and living with a parent can collect until age 21.
