Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

I need to find a copy of the Iowa child support guidelines before the 2004 changes. In early 2004,my ex cheated on his worksheet by subtracting my alimony amount on the "prior support ordered" line. Prior support is suppose to be for a previous marriage or CS for children from a prior relationship. He had NO prior support order because he had NO prior relationship. Anyway, I want to run the numbers again to see if additional child support SHOULD HAVE been ordered. But I can't find the old guidelines anywhere. Can you help? Thanks SO much.

You need to find a copy of the Iowa Rules of Court before 2004. I would suggest that you contact the Drake or U Iowa law school libraries or the state Law Library at the capitol. These guidelines must be periodically revised and the ones you are looking for were instituted in 2000 and changed in November 2004.
