Can I sell my mobile home to my mom before I file for divorce to make it impossible for him to take it in the divorce? The title is in my name and the loan for it is in my moms name

If you acquired the mobile home before you married and he had contributed nothing to it, it's your property. On the other hand, if he's contributed anything at all to the payments he's got some rights in the mobile home, regardless of whose name the home is titled in.

I would not advise that. It may represent a transfer that a judge may view as an attempt to manipulate a property settlement. It is never a good idea to transfer your property without asking your lawyer.
