Va Disability

Yes i was wondering about Va Disability. I get $712 a month that is non taxable and not reportable income. Dhs and Va said that its not accessable for child support.But my attorney said that they dont decide that Do i have to pay my ex 30 percent of this. I received this after she had filed for Devoirce.
