Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

Can my ex wife let my 16 year old daughter go to France without my permission? I have told her that I don't want her to go and tried to discuss my concerns yet she went and got her a passport anyway and put down the deposit for the trip. Now she is "threatening" court over it, which isn't the first time so I'm not worried about that. I have added my daughter to the list at CPIAP and that is how I found out they had applied for a passport. They live n WI. I live in IA.

Does your custody and support agreement address the change of location? You also have a problem because you should be talking to a Wisconsin attorney.
