Legal Question in Insurance Law in Iowa
My Motercycle got stolen this morning and I called the cops and my insurance company like your suppose to. When the Progressive agent call me back they said they couldnt find my policy. I gave them the # over and over. My insurance Card says my policy # on it and it doesnt expire til Nov. 9 2011. Im worried that they are trying to get over on me? They keep saying that they cant find my policy so I must not have a policy. The agent is looking into it to find out what happened. Please, I really need some advise right now. I worried that they will try say since they cant find my policy Im out of luck.

It's a little early to be calling out the lawyers. Find your policy or p[roof that you paid for it and that they cashed the checks.
