Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Iowa

I plan to use a photo, that I took myself, on a coffee mug that I will sale. The photo was taken from the public street; It is a business,a " house wich offer tours" Do I need a consent release from the owners of that house to use my photo on the coffee mug ?
