Legal Question in Employment Law in Iowa

I am thinking about filing bankruptcy. I have in the past been called upon by my employer to use my personal credit card to pay travel expenses. I don't travel regularly ... once every couple years or so. Can I lose my job if I no longer have a personal credit card?
