rent deposit
I have a question regarding a $900.00 deposit I put down on an apartment. I filled out the application and put the money down just 4 days ago. I received a call today that I got a job accross Iowa. I called the rental apartments and they will only give me back 1/2 the $900.00 Is that legal without a lease?
