Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Iowa
i have a broken surgical drill bit lodged in my leg after knee replacement. after reading through the surgical notes this was never mentioned. i found out about the bit at my 6 week xray. in the notes the doctor even said all tools were checked and were okay. i amexperiencing severe pain in my thigh but doctor says this is from healing. should i pursue legal help
