We had a premature baby and he was in the hospital for about 3 1/2 months after he was born and We knew that he was going to have some problems but now after taking the doctors recomidation we took him to Iowa City to have some chromesone testing done and they are telling us that alot of one his problems was caused by what they call clepth plate they were telling us that it is very noticable and that they needed to confirm with the testing that they did. But they asked why didnt they notice it while in was in the hospital before.. We said that we had no Ideal it had never been brought up before. now he'll have to have another surgery to get that problem fixed let alone now having to adjust again because of previous surgeries. This is not the first time that we have had problems with the hospital. We have talked to a lawyer about some of those things but there is just so much more that I would like to talk to someone about it

Re: medical

I am sorry to hear about your son. You need an attorney who specializes in medical malpractice cases. You can find medical malpractice attorneys by conducting an internet search: "Iowa medical malpractice lawyer/attorney" or by contacting the referral service of the Iowa bar: http://www.iowabar.org/services.nsf/$about!OpenAbout

I hope that I have helped, answered all of your questions, and that I have provided you with useful information. Please contact me if I have not answered all of your questions.

Please be aware that my answer is not legal advice, it is merely information. You and I have not entered into an attorney/client relationship. The only way that I am legally responsible for your legal rights is if you have signed a written retainer agreement with my law firm.
