Legal Question in Tax Law in Iowa

In my work I have to travel to 2 different food establishments. I have a primary duty location (headquarters establishment) and a secondary duty location (another food establishment). The primary duty location is in the same town I live in currently and the secondary duty location is 51 miles away. Due to the scheduling difference between the 2 establishments the secondary duty station is the first place I go every day (home to secondary duty location). Then finish up at the primary duty location. Round trip of 104 miles a day.(from home to secondary location to primary location to home)

For using the business car section in the tax code should I be reimbursement the mileage for all the millage? The primary duty location is 2 miles from where i live. And my company makes me fill out a mileage sheet every day would this suffice for proof of mileage expenditures?

Is your employer paying you for and deducting the mileage, or is it yours alone? Unless you can substantiate that, you're gambling with the IRS.
