Legal Question in Workers Comp in Iowa
If an employee has a sensitivity type allergy to the products they are exposed to daily and we provide PPE and have moved them around the plant to different departments to lesson their exposure and are still suffering the dermititis, can we terminate them or do we continue to try to prevent and have ongoing workers comp claims for lotions and prescription medicine to treat the dermititis. She is in the 3rd job here and still experiencing the allergy.
