Legal Question in Business Law in Israel

I have 1 page on my website about Power places on earth. The purpose of the page is educational and doesn't sell any product or service.

I was contacted by the owner of a website which domain name is powerplaces.xxx , which is a travel agency, asking me to cease and desist using the term on my website. Claiming that she has a trademark on the term. My research shows there is no TM on the term.

Is there a TM infringement here?

Unlikely that such usage is infringing on a trademark unless there is a trademark registered in Israel, or that website is in Israel and was created before your page or there is an international trademark that was filed pursuant to the Madrid Protocol.

For a TM infringement she has to prove that there is a registered TM in same subject matter + an alleged damage that has been caused.

So, you have to ask for more specific information before your question can be answered.
