Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Italy

Estate Matters

We are the heirs to a property in Gaeta Italy consisting of a two storey house owned by my late aunt. Her home is on the first floor and never had proper hygienic facilities (no toilet). The problem is that her sister refinished the upper floor (without a permit) and put the facilities in. They are telling us that we need a ''Condono'' to sell the property as it is in my late aunts name. Would this ''condono''be required because they want to sell the upper portion, because we are told that the lower portion belonging to my late aunt is worthless.

Re: Estate Matters

Dear Sirs,

I think that your property in Gaeta needs to be regularized, in order to sell it. It is not a law requirement, but it should make easier finding a purchaser.

For any other explanation, I will be glad to offer the service of my law firm.

Begin when you want to send me details of your cases; I am always at your disposal.

Best Regards,
